They met and exceeded our expectations! For reference we stayed 5 days 4 nights with 8 people (myself, my husband, our son, his wife, their 6 month old son, and our 3 daughters) Upon arrival eveything was exactly as shown in the pictures (nicer and more spacious in my opinion) I was so thrilled to find out that the bunk bed was actually a full size mattress on top and bottom making it much more accommodating for my pre teen, teen & young adult daughters to share. Parking was great there was one place in front of the garage to park & 3 open "guest spots" right next to that making unloading easy. As we finsihed unloading our cars & getting set up for the week we realized that it was getting hot in the house. We became aware that the ac thermostat was climbing as the temperature was also rising outside into the 90's. We contacted the host and immediately had a response. After answering a few questions they determined they needed to call an ac tech out. To my surprise within a few hours the ac man came, went, and all was well! The community is gated, there is a private pool that everyone really enjoyed. We were in walking distance to the beach but even better they give parking passes to parking spots right across the road with a code to enter into a gated entrance that takes you straight to the beach. Over all we had a wonderful stay! When we come to Orange Beach we will plan to stay here again as it had been the best place we have stayed so far! The location was perfect!
