Hotel was great and service was great. One annoying thing was house keeping didn’t get to our room each day until 3-4pm often when we returned the room was being serviced or not done yet. Odd to be so late in the day, maybe they are understaffed? Comfortable and modern room and bed.

It was only ok!
Not enough staff at reception when checking in & out.
No complimentary water. The coffee at buffet breakfast should be included in the cost of the breakfast

I stayed in a room next to the pool, room was spotless with bar fridge, microwave kettle and good cutlery, bod is clean and comfortable. The park is very family friendly with a good camp kitchen,clean amenities and very well managed, Staff and reception is the best.
