"I struggle to understand how this is a 4 star hotel, one bath towel in a double room. Asked reception for another and the expectation was for us to come down and collect it! Hotel public areas refurbished nicely however corridors to rooms haven't seen a decent makeover in what seems like years. Narrow corridors, squeaking floorboards, old fashioned keys to rooms. Shower door had the biggest gap. Breakfast was their only saving grace."

"Positives: We had a lovely stay overall. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms were very well presented. We stayed in two different rooms after extending our trip, and both were equally nice. The pool areas were great and well-kept, although a few more loungers would have been helpful during busier times. The location is excellent, with a wonderful beach directly opposite the hotel, which made it especially enjoyable. The reception and concierge staff were superb. Room for improvement: The continental breakfast could be better. Service in the breakfast and lunch areas could be improved. While staff were friendly and accommodating once engaged, we often experienced long waits to be seated at breakfast despite visible queues and available staff. Similarly, on the outdoor terrace, service was slow or absent at times—we waited over 15 minutes without being attended to and eventually had to order at the bar. The games room was also quite basic and could be enhanced to better match the overall quality of the hotel however offered some fun options for the kids."

"Really amazing hotel, much better than I expected Rooms are very big, high ceiling and right in front of the sea for an amazing sea view . Highly recommended and will use this again. Big thanks to Mark for welcoming us despite us coming very late and the receptionists were super too! (Didn't catch either name) Rooms are clean and all staff are very helpful and great Keep up the amazing hospitality!"
