We were in Florence for just one night as we were on a roadtrip down the Oregon Coast. All rooms seem to be Ocean front view which was pretty cool, we got to see an incredible sunset. Hotel looks much older from the outside and could use a few touch ups. But the room was clean and newer, so no complaints there. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I forgot my favorite pants behind the bathroom door, and called their hospitality team. They were very quick to respond and to set up shipping it back to me, which I am super grateful for! So hotel staff gets a 10 out of 10! We will definitely stay there again if in the area :)

there was no hot tub available it was out of order grounds were putting in a new sprinkler system where the walk way was to the beach and we saw more construction out the window of the restaurant while eating instead of an unobstructed view to the ocean coffee grounds were left in the coffee pot and only one blanket on each bed no others in the closet or drawers for the money I should have had alot more

Beautiful ocean views from just about any room. Things were clean and all the amenities seemed to be included. What this place needs is an overall upgrade to the building. It is old and run down and just not aesthetically pleasing. However, to be fair, they are doing very well keeping things clean, tidy and providing the things needed. It's just dated!
