"Yes we didn’t have rags and customer service was really bad. When I asked for rags they stated I had to wait till 10 am when I had to check out at 10. It was roaches in the room and dead ones in the refrigerator. The room state that it would be a breakfast and that was not provided and other rooms had complaints also. I’m upset I wasted my money and yall should advertise for this room at all"

"Owners were easy to reach and to work with little to no notice of our need. Unit was clean and affordable! Note - gated community with security was a learning curve but the guards were reachable by phone and very nice. "

"The house was clean and there plenty of amenities, however, the couches and bunk bed smelled like cat urine. It wasn't a pleasant smell, but we aired it out the best we could. The apartment is well maintained, although, we could tell there had been animals. The one remote had no back and the batteries were chewed on, the other remote only had one battery. I think if the smell was addressed, it would have been a great experience. We were able to get one remote to run the front room TV. It is in a great location and with the gated community it felt very safe. Thank you for sharing your apartment!"
