Amazing house! Very comfortable and clean. Only problem is just the WiFi. Need a internet home not a hotspot. Still amazing spot

The good; Great location, very big with lots of space for everyone, pretty clean other than the weird worms by the big sliding door, plenty of toilet paper & paper towels, dishwasher pods and laundry pods provided. The kids loved the pool, and the onsite splash pad was great for younger kids. The bad; a lot of things were damaged or broken. The sliding doors handle was broken off when we arrived along with pizza box and broken water toy out front. Place didn’t match the pictures, houses have all been repainted the same color which I feel should have been mentioned just to make it easier to find. A lot of the decorations were missing. The trash bin was dirty and they did not take our trash the whole time we were there, the pots in the kitchen were all scratched up, not really an adequate amount of silverware, the couch was broken, WiFi didn’t work most of our stay, the pool was cold. Overall it is a great place for families and we were impressed with how quickly they responded to our complaints a handyman came and fixed the door and lock the second day we were there.
