Travelled with family
Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Unfortunately, when we arrived we found: the beds were broken, the trash cans were full of old garbage, the bedding had a bad smell and was yellow. There was one afternoon when the door code mechanism stopped working and the Villa could not be locked. We risk leaving it like this since all this will harm our itinerary. We are completely sincere.
