"Check in was easy. Staff were friendly. Hotel property is close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. Room was clean and the AC works great. However the pool closes at 10, would be cool if it closed at midnight. Breakfast is only from 6-10am which I believe would be more convenient to stay open until 12pm. Our shower hot water never got hot only stayed Luke warm. And you have to request turndown service you would think with a resort fee you would automatically get that daily. And the washers and dryers are kind of a mess with the wifi I had to tap my card around 10x on each machine to get them to work. Overall this hotel is a 7/10 and is very close to the theme parks."
