"The shuttle and early access to Epic Universe was the best! No need for car rental, Carmen working the morning shift at the cafe/market today 8/20/26 was super sweet and attentive. Check in was smooth and so was check out. The pool was awesome and excellent for kids and families! Will come again."

"So this is only a review of the parking pricing - I had the option to stay at Universal Studios Surfside, and I chose it over my scheduled stay at Sheraton because the parking pricing was higher than a Universal Resort! Might be best to shop around if you’re planning to bring a car."
