the hotel was beautiful you cant take that away the pool i was very disappointed in the food at the pool was not to my liking and the spa was loaded with young kids who have no business being in a spa its for adults

Everything was clean it’s Disney. It was very fun. It is not Accessible four wheelchair users to the level of what other Disney properties are for instance, I specifically asked on Expedia and at Disney for a wheelchair accessible room and normally did it not have it and it was for hearing impaired. They did not accommodate us so my daughter did not have grabbed bars on the toilet for safety and the shower had a glass enclosure so I being 54 and 135 pounds had to pick her up at 130 pounds and pick her up and place her in the tub around the glass doors was incredibly difficult. There were no ground bars in the shower at all. In the pool was incredibly frustrating because I had a lidded glass of water for her because getting her In-N-Out is difficult and if we were to

ボードウォークインは、ホテルはレトロな感じですが、遊園地をテーマにしていてロビーは雰囲気があって素敵です。お部屋は普通ですが、1階のお部屋だったのでテラスになっていて、テイクアウトのピザを買ってきて、テラスで食べました。 また、ホテル前の景色は最高です。早朝、散歩するのがとても気持ちいいです。 このホテルの特筆すべきは、なんといっても立地です。エプコットとハリウッドスタジオには徒歩で行けるので、開園時や閉園後の混雑する時間に、特にメリットを感じました。 価格は少し高いとは思いますが、総合的にはとても満足でした。

The Boardwalk Club level staff is the best anywhere. The food in the club is outstanding, the staff are all friendly and helpful, and the concierge staff is unequaled in their helpfulness and customer service skills. The proximity to Epcot made our travel to the park easy and efficient and the bus service to the other parks is very convenient.

I was disappointed there were no restaurants IN the hotel itself! I was VERY angry how I was treated in the gift shop by a lady who's name started with an A...very rude to me !!! I an NOT a complainer-but next time-I will be sure to book with another hotel.
