The place is in a beautiful resort. That being said i had to leave requesting a refund before i could even stay one night. Its marketed as a pet friendly hotel however beware. Upon walking in i was hit with a massive wall of wet dog/ dog pee. The entire townhouse smelled sooo bad of dog and pee that it was burning. If you have been in a place like this. You know the smell. My kids could barely take it. The couch pillows smelled so bad of sweat and dog. The pool was covered in hair and im 90% sure the filter wasnt evrn working. I wouldnt let my kids swim in it. The microwave had fingerprints all over the buttons showing nothing was wiped off. And to top it all of every bed when i pulled the top sheet off had a mix of human and dog hair all over them. I wouldnt lay on them nor would my kids. So all of those plus the intense smell of wet dog and pee in a beautiful resort resulted in me calling saying i couldnt stay here. And the only help i got offered was to send a cleaning crew the next day forcing me to sleep in dirty beds and massive bad dog smell that hurt lungs it waa so strong. So i called for a refund and found another place that night. I do not recommend staying here even if you have a dog. Unless you dont mind the strong oder of other peoples pets and hairy beds and pool.
