"The customer service was great. From front desk, to the life guards and staff at breakfast. The building I was in had an emergency water outrage and I was accommodated to not only a new room but later check out with access to the pool & resort on check out day. They have a live DJ, starbucks on guard even a gift shop. It’s really a family friendly environment and I recommend it to anyone with children. I will be returning!"

"Staff was absolutely amazing and i’m not getting paid to say that. Have never been treated like this before but i also don’t stay at resorts too often. They were extremely friendly and on top of everything. Immediately grabbed our bags as we got out of our uber. The rooms were also nothing short of amazing. My friend and I had two bedrooms with our own bath and balcony. I would never do Orlando at a different resort/hotel."
