Se siente divertido, no como un hotel aburrido. * Para familias y adolescentes está buenísimo porque siempre hay algo: * lazy river, * dos piscinas, * bolera, * arcade, * fogata con s’mores, * Starbucks, * food court grande. * La ubicación es de las mejores para Universal. * Para Universal Volcano Bay literalmente está al lado. Algunas habitaciones quedan a minutos caminando."

"Lovely property, loved how close it was to Universal. Only criticism would be how empty the hot tub was—as in water levels below the jets. Other than that the buffet was great, the amenities/dining was better than most. Front desk staff, cleaning crew, and wait staff was super friendly and went above and beyond at all times."

"The rooms were very comfortable and air conditioned well, little kitchenette was all we needed. The resort offers so much to do, pools are great, loved the little alley way with great amenities and the fire pits. Can’t wait to return again one day."
