My family enjoyed their trip so much and we felt right at home although I clean up after us constantly with my mom and my mother so naked help we left it looking as good as it was when we seen it the first time

Terrible Experience!

Absolutely terrible rental and management company. They charge $170 cleaning fee regardless of the length of your stay. Stay 1 night, and its $170, stay a week and its $170 or more. Once you book the room / villa through Expedia, it is a NO refund, No cancellation policy. Then you get charged with an additional excessive cleaning charge and an additional 5 page contract that basically dictates they will sue you if you sneeze in the wrong direction, and if you decline to agree to the contract. Guess what? You lose your hotel booking stay, the FULL amount! So you are stuck, it's a catch 22. The rooms looked nice. It was spacious, however they were disgusting. The bed sheets were never changed, or cleaned. They had dirt streaks on them. The pillows had hair on them. The mattresses were like laying on a cement floor. The toilets had a paper strap going around the toilet seat with an imprint "Sanitized". Well that was not true either. They had streaks of feces in the toilet. How's that for "Sanitized"? No cable TV, just a ROKU box connected with no channels to watch except "Free" news streams that were about 1 minute long each.

The location is the best just 11 minutes from Disney and plenty of restaurants and stores around. However, the house is poor maintained and dirt. We won’t come back.

Stop renting this unit!

This unit should NOT be allowed to be rented! The wi-fi didn't work in this unit at all. The tv in the livingroom was not hooked up to cable or the internet connection. The floor was FILTHY! The master bathroom door frame was broken and there was no shower curtain or shower rod. They provided towels, but do not provide washcloths, most normal people would like to know that. The decorative pillows on the couch and upstairs are beyond dingy. The experience was not a good one at all!

My family and I absolutely loved this property! Good location, friendly people and enough room. Our only complaint was that it wasn’t cleaned well enough. We found fake finger nails on the floor, old wrappers from other guests under beds and tables and stains in the carpeting and a untreated hole in the wall. But beds and such were clean. Other than that it was great!

We enjoyed our stay but the place was rather run down. Beds were hard as a rock you had to take your own trash out, and they needed copies of my id and a picture of me holding my id and cc I didnt get the email to do all of this until the day before so I was running around getting everything done.

Soo complicated to do reservation, I have to sign contract, I have to send to them my credit card and my drivering lesson and my pictures withe my credit card withe my drivering lesson?????????? This is the first time on my live I didit and I will not do it again.

The separate payment for the cleaning was a hassle. As soon as I booked on Hotels.com was confirmed the management company stalked me for payment. The requirements for payment were ridiculous. Also they put a lock over the thermostat preventing the ability to adjust the AC. It barely worked. It’s Orlando in the summer!!!

BUGS :(

ROACHES, ROACHES and more ROACHES. It was fine overall, old but fine! Biggest problem, is the rental company isn't on property and kind of hard to reach on the phone. Had an issue with the main tv.. there are 5 remotes and you push a wrong button and your screwed. Called to ask for help, they told me they would have to contact the "cable" company to set up appointment. we were only there for two days. Same issue, with the bugs... We were first told they would send pest control. but the second day when i asked if they had come, they said i had to send videos to prove there were bugs. Why would i randomly request someone come spray, on my vacation if they're weren't bugs?

The main problem we had was the dirtiness of the pool. The pool was finally cleaned on Wednesday morning, but because it was a cold morning and we could not use the pool.

There was no cable in every room...i put in a work order for the cable and they said the guy would be out the day before i leave...but couldnt give an exact time..the pool was cold...no one told me when i reserved the property that we need to put down a pool heating fee so didnt use pool at all.
