"The access to the pool was great but was limited due to the area under construction. The room setup was great but not the best on smell. It had a combination of cleaning bleach and a smell from the bathroom sorta like sewer backup. The staff was very friendly."

"When arrived the vanity light flickered we called and they sent someone to fix it while we were away. It worked ok for a few minutes then went back to flickering. Th shower handle had to be turned all the way hot to even get a luke warm shower in the evening. The bathtub was so slippery my husband I almost fell then he put the bath mat down and the floor was slippery even with the bath mat he almost fell. The breakfast price was so high we didnt even try. The entry door to our room stuck so hard that we had to use our room key at least 3 times to get out. We won't be booking here again."

"Practically no information provided at check-in. Did not get the free shuttle service as we were not informed you had to book and reserve a seat a minimum of 48 hours in advance. All the common spaces and elevator were filthy. Took two days to get fresh towels to shower. Food was lukewarm at best. pool was great though."
