"I booked a 2 bedroom with a bigger king room paid for lake view went to the room and it was dirty had a awful smell like some dead fish.i went back to the front desk to change rooms they then gave me another 2 bedroom and i asked before i left if i was the same type of room i booked with a lake view.Receptionist said yes i went to the room and it was smaller and a tree was blocking the view. This room also the shower was nasty and waterbugs like crazy also the washer was nasty had hair in and a mold smell just like the dish washer .The beds were so hard. I went back diwn and said im need the price difference on the room the manager said it is a difference but it is when i booked also paid extra for a lake view tbh i need my money back or even half because this was the worse resort i ever stayed at. Manager said he cant do anything about that.on top of everything when i booked it said nothing about the water park lazy river and yellow and green slide was closed so we didn't enjoy the experience and the food was trash definitely overpriced. Dont recommend to no one."
