Súper clean rooms not fancy neither bad but for the price and great location plus good staff. I would come back for the again!!! Great property stay if you only going to be like out doing the theme parks. Quiet to sleep , free parking and within walking distances to Universal and a lot of restaurants at International drive.

We were hesitant to stay here because of some negative reviews but we have zero complaints! The room was spotless clean with fresh linens. The beds were soft and comfortable. It was so nice out that we walked home from Universal Studios and it was 20-25 minutes and we felt safe. When we arrived back very late, we realized our AC wasn’t working so we called the front desk. The worker quickly switched us to a nearby room that had ice cold AC. We saw the repairman fixing the AC at 8:00am the next morning. The staff in the complimentary breakfast area are friendly and keep the space clean. We did not swim in the pool but it is very clean and open late. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

It looks like this used to be a motel that was turned in to a hotel and the new owner did some improvements to it, but it's clearly old and not well maintained. You can see broken pool chairs, dirty sofas in the reception area, etc. pretty bad. The AC in the room sounded like an airplane taking off every 2 minutes all night long and there was nothing we could no about it except for turning it off, which was not an option because the room was too hot. We could not sleep much. The beds are old and uncomfortable.

The air conditioning unit was incredibly noisy, causing frequent disruptions to our sleep throughout the night. Additionally, we were only provided with one room key for the entire family. The sheets and pillows had an unpleasant odor, and the bed was creaky. Furthermore, there were insufficient towels, with only two provided for our room. We won't be returning.

If you book through Expedia they will tell you that you have already checked in and give u the wrong conformation numbers saying you checked in when you never did and they won’t give u back your money

The staff would not allow me to check in the room. I provided everything they asked for and they made me jump through hoops to get into my room. I booked 6 hours before arriving so I do not understand what an approval is needed for.

Staff was friendly, bed was comfy and Aircon was nice and clean just unfortunately few bits they missed out on details but good for price Needs more lighting in room There is a door heading into next door, you could hear everything they do which can b frustrating at night. Typically smell like weed but probably someone outside, felt unsafe on car park side

This was my second time staying at this hotel and it was absolutely awful. I got to the hotel at 3PM and I wasn't able to check into my room until 9PM. The hotel said Expedia didn't send them the virtual credit card number. I spent over 5 hours on the phone with Expedia. Expedia told me it should be the hotel calling but the guy at the front desk absolutely refused. My phone also kept losing service in the hotel and I had to keep calling Expedia. Expedia told me they were trying to call the hotel but no one was answering. I asked the front desk guy and he said their phones has been down for a week. At this time I was so defeated. No one came to help. I have never experienced anything like this before and I leave the country 7-10 times a year. I went to the front desk the next morning and someone was supposed to call me and no one ever did. I was there with my elderly dad and I would never, ever stay there again. Please choose a different hotel. There are so many on International drive. I am so ashamed that I paid to stay here. There was also a lot of other events that made this hotel horrendous but I think I made this post long enough.

Hotels.com screwed us & this hotel doesn’t exist
This is more a review of hotels.com than the hotel because we did not end up staying. When we arrived the hotel had a different name than what we booked. They could see our reservation but did not have a room. The phone number listed for the hotel was not in service. Hotels.com would not refund us for the stay, even though it was all booked through their website & the hotel we booked no longer existed & we could not stay as they did not have a room for us. We ended up stranded in Orlando and had to find an alternate hotel for an insane cost. I’ve not even gotten an apology. This new hotel may be fine, although the one this review is listed under does not exist so I don’t recommend booking it, especially as hotels.com continues to advertise for it knowing it doesn’t exist and knowing they won’t refund you. Horrible experience and I will not use this site again.

On arrival I was informed the hotel is no longer a Best Western and is under new management. We specifically booked this hotel for the courtesy bus to the parks which no longer exists so spent a fortune on Ubers as there were 8 of us. We also chose this hotel as breakfast is provided however it is very poor e.g. one type cereal (frosties), one flavour juice (orange), bread for toast and butter however no jam, marmalade etc, apples and waffles. All plastic cutlery and we had to drink hot coffee out of very small plastic juice cups. The guy on reception speaks very little English and did not understand me when telling him the fridge in our room was broken! Location good for universal parks but on the whole I was very disappointed and felt I'd let my family down by booking this hotel!

On the web site it says that there is a shuttle service to Universal studio but they dont have it anymore It was ok because there is a bus stop near and it only take 20 min to walk to Universal if u dont want to wait.

This not hotel but moldy stinky barn should be closed but not in business. Worst hotel ever. Full with bugs. The black women at the front desk has no idea what the customer service is. She is rude and unprofessional. I had to beg out of 4 nights to chance the room 3 times because of the mold, bugs and disgusting smell in the rooms. The breakfast is poor. Overall this property should not be operating as impose health hazards to the clients.

Was given firts room that reeked if marijuana when asked to change rooms the second one wasn’t cleaned. I should have left at this point but I was traveling with others so I thought I would give it a go the third time. The third room looked passably clean from first observation so we slept the night. I woke up to itchy skin and initially thought it was hives, later that night I saw bed bugs crawling across my bed. I immediately checked out of the hotel at 12 am at night. I took a few of the bugs in a plastic bag to the front and got a refund for my money. This hotel has been the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. It really needs to be shut down. I went to the nearest urgent care because of the severity of the bug bites and the whole ordeal really impacted my trip. Whatever you do GO WITH YOUR GUT. The pictures associated with this hotel do not accurately represent the actual hotel!

This hotel was not as described on the Orbitz description. The price was good, but there was a communication barrier with most of the staff working there. We had to ask for supplies for our room daily such as toilet paper and towels for a family of 4. The continental breakfast was very poor. Only self- made waffles, toast with not even any butter or jam most of the days we were there, tiny muffins a couple of the days, but not all and cereal (just cheerios). Coffee, milk and orange juice-no fruit at all. There were sketchy people wandering around the parking lot the first couple days we were there and strong marajuana smell throughout the 6 nights there. It felt unsafe at times. The last night there a very large bug was seen in our bathroom. We did not have shuttle service to Universal studios. It was not the short 10 minute walk as described. It took us 35-40 minutes to walk to the park. We kind of regretted not staying at one of the resort hotels even though it would've cost a lot more per night.

Advertises a shuttle for Universal Studios. That is false. Property is undergoing ownership change. It is no longer Best Western. I've slept better camping in a tent. Go elsewhere.

Great room and hotel
The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating when we needed anything. There is plenty of parking and it is in a safe and convenient location. There is a pool which is kid friendly and we spent alot of time in it. The only suggestion for improvement is for them to have recycling in the room. There is so much recyclable items going in the trash bin.
