"Great resort and location "

"This hotel was clean but is very old. They did renovate the property but the building itself is old. There are no elevators at all. I was surprised to learn that upon checkin. Having to carry my luggage up to second floor. This should be in description so customers ar aware. Imagine having trouble walking or being disabled. The fridge didn’t work and when I asked for someone to come check it out, I was told the maintenance guy had left for the day at 5pm and wouldn’t be back until after i checked out. The phone in the room didn’t work either. Every time I needed the front desk I had to walk down. Very inconvenient. A clean basic hotel but don’t expect anything additional."

"Easy check in and check out. Room was very nice, one night we called and asked for towels and tp a little late, like 9pm and they brought it to the room, no problem. Pools and bars were nice played poolside adult bingo. Loved all the amenities in the room. Coffee. Oven fridge dishware. Would stay again."
