"Me and my family got there a little later then expected for check in..I was tired my 2 year old was already asleep. When I was doing the check in with was very nice.Gave me my parking pass and the keys to the room.Me and the family get to the room and the room was dirty . The carpet wasn't vacuumed and it smelled humid plus the bathtub wasnt clean and it had hair,then we turn the ac ok and it smelled like wet dog. So I went to the front desk and I spoke to a girl at the front desk she didn't know what to do other then send someone to clean the room at 10 pm at night when my son was already asleep.so I declined that option, so she sends me over to speak to the manager on duty that night and he ask me how he can help after I explain the situation, he comes and starts looking to see if he has rooms available for me to move and he said the only one he had was asking bed but it was more money. I told him I wasn't paying no more money when is y'all fault.So he comes and tells me that the only thing he can do for me was to send someone to clean the room the next day and one voucher for breakfast " mind you I'm staying 3 nights"only one day.The next day comes and I waited all day. For someone to come clean the room I asked front desk they just put a note. I ask the housekeeper that was in the area and she tells me that as soon as she is done with all of her other rooms she comes to mine. 6 o'clock came no one came. Went back to the front and they send someone 😡 do not recomend"
