The service provided by the receptionist on duty was excellent. However, the room had dirty chairs, the bathroom exhaust fan was extremely filthy, and there was a foul smell of cigarette smoke throughout the facility's hallways; consequently, we cancelled our reservation and went to another hotel. I do not recommend this place.

Very nice room and a quiet environment for a stay near the parks in Orlando. Many restaurants nearby. Only glitch was no waste basket of any kind in the room. Not a big glitch, however.

This is the best hotel for our family. We love staying here for its convenient location, its affordability and its spacious clean rooms. We love the size of the fridge which for our family is a big need. We have never had an issue here and can’t wait to return.

The staff was incredible and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable as we fled from hurricane Milton. The rooms are cute and very clean - the outside common areas could use more consistent cleaning but the courtyard was beautiful and well kept.
