"It’s a Best Western so we knew what we were getting for a short stay. However for the price and comfortable bed this hotel beat my expectations. Yes it’s a bit rough but for $100 next to the speedway it was a good deal."

"We only had the hotel booked for one night, and we ended up leaving around 10:30 p.m. and didn’t even stay the whole night. The room never cooled down. We put the AC on the lowest temperature, and the highest fan, and it would still not cool down the room. I had to stand in front of it a few times just to cool myself down. The AC was blowing room temperature air instead of cold air. We also saw a small live cockroach by the sink. The floors were dirty as well, leaving my feet looking black unless I wore shoes. All in all, I would not stay here again. "

"Property was beachfront and the view was great. The check in process was smooth and even though my room wasn’t ready, I was understanding and just waited and the staff was very nice and apologetic. Even the timeshare people weren’t pushy. The amenities were nice and i did see that there was a prior bar/restaurant area. That should definitely be opened up, it would make a killing. The only thing that I didn’t like was the lack of security and lighting at night. We parked in the backside facing the ocean and it was pitch black. Coming around the building was lighting but then got stopped by people trying to access keyed entrances asking us if we stayed there and to let them in. We did not and the person continued banging in the door and we heard someone else let her in. The lack of security can give the wrong person access. Other than that everything was really nice and I would go back."
