"We had an awesome stay at Arawa Park Hotel during our weekend holiday in Rotorua. The room was clean and organized when we arrived. The staff was also helpful, especially when we requested for a cot for our little one. The breakfast was also delightful! Overall, we highly recommend the hotel and we would definitely be back if given the chance 😊"

"The heated floor in the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower were amazing. Had a balcony with an amazing view and had chairs no table so couldn’t have breakfast out there. Room service was great except they don’t collect the dirty dishes if staying one night and if you are not charging it to the room you have to go to the restaurant to pay. Staff were were amazing and overall a great stay."

"Upon checking in, the gentleman that checked us in must of had a hell of a day as he was unwelcoming, stone cold, no information regarding amenities of the hotel. The polar opposite to the restaurant staff and other reception staff. Loved our stay, the views amazing especially if you book rm 822, its pretty spectacular."
