Nice hotel, but very badly managed. Service is very slow, reception even worse. Wi-Fi doesn't work. The restaurant is just chaos.

The resort was very beautiful; however, you have to pay for everything, literally. We didn’t know about the fee to use the pool and ocean, the buffet for lunch and dinner was super pricey at 50€ for two people. But the resort itself was beautiful, flowers everywhere!

Not worth it
Way too expensive, the price doesn't meet the required service standards. The breakfast was terrible, the overall experience was not a 4* one either. You would be better off renting a b&b for half the price and the same comfort or going more northwards where you would find better hotels for the same price.

Great Hotel but hire a car!!
Beautiful location, food varied and was always very good, drinks and general service slow but adequate. Due to the location, you need wheels if you intend to vacate the resort for anything. Taxis are painfully expensive and limited, think 240Euros for a 100km round trip :( a necessity if you go to clubs etc which are miles away! Noted for my next visit ;) Huge resort, very nice but more a 3 star in terms of facilities and service. Limited English, but French spoken widely by staff at the front desk. Entertainment staff seemingly never sleep, pleasant enough but it gets irritating when you get disturbed to talk about nothing in particular - very weird but I guess friendly. The shows were amateur and harmless but we were clueless to the intent as all Italian - not a whine but it had zero flow! Some staff go the extra mile and are fantastique! Some are useless and rude but very few. Pool and beach fabulous - overall very nice place.

Disappointingly large hotel
We booked this hotel hoping for a nice family experience but this is a 1500 person hotel. It looks nice from the outside and the pool is great. It is also close to the sea with a great beach. However, our family room left a lot to be desired. There was mold on the wall and the shower wasn't working properly. Also, there wasn't enough space for 2 suitcases! When we complained, we were moved to the much smaller (500 people only!) Baia di Pines hotel in Budoni. This was much better and we had a good time here. A car is definitely recommended.

The property is beautiful but as many other guests complained before it looks like that not the guests are in the focus. On my 2nd day a company team building event took over the facility with extremely loud party at night, the restaurant in the morning or the pool and the beach during the day. None of the other guests could enjoy their stay what we paid for. I checked out and moved to another hotel.

Decisamente positivo.
Decisamente al di sopra di ogni aspettativa. La struttura è eccezionale, giardini e piscina veramente belli e curari, spazi ampissimi, zona tranquilla. Il personale è altamente professionale. Le camere sono nuove, curate, pulite, spaziose. Consiglio vivamente il servizio di mezza o completa pensione, la qualità e quantità del cibo offerto è decisamente da crociera con una magnifica organizzazione e staff. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è assolutamente impareggiabile, ho speso 50 euro per una doppia ed ho aggiunto appena 10 euro per la mezza pensione, per quello che ho avuto avrei speso almeno 4 volte tanto altrove! Ho prolungato il soggiorno.

Eine große Club-Anlage mit schönem Pool-Bereich und tollem Garten bzw. Park. Am Strand und am Pool gibt es Liegen und Schirme, Handtücher kosten 2,50€ am Tag und Stück. Wir waren im Oktober hier. Da war es natürlich schon überall sehr leer. Viele Bereiche waren bereits geschlossen oder wurden nur noch halbherzig betrieben/gereinigt, dass hat uns aber nicht so schlimm gestört. Die Zimmer waren recht sauber (außer der Kühlschrank), Klima ging nicht, die Betten waren sehr unbequem und teilweise durchgelegen. Schlecht fanden wir das Frühstück. Es gab zwar von allem etwas - ABER - was es gab, war wirklich nicht toll: - Brötchen geschmacklos und hart - Kuchen sah gut aus, hat aber nicht geschmeckt. - eine Sorte Käse, eine Sorte Salami, eine Sorte Wurst. - Marmelade, Honig und Nutella-Ersatz in kleinen Plastik-Portionen (jeden Morgen ein großer Müllberg auf dem Tisch). - "heiße Theke" - Hier hat sich ein Koch gelangweilt. Man konnte sich von Ihm fertiges Rührei und laberigen Speck auftun lassen. Ein andere Eierspeise wurde nicht angefertigt. - Kaffee war Automaten-Instant-Pulver-Mischung - Buntes, süßes Kaltgetränk (Saftersatz) aus Automaten - Kornflakes-Spender mit drei oder vier Sorten - Obst in Obstschalen (grüne oder überreife Bananen, harte und saure Pfirsiche/Nektarinen, Äpfel und Pflaumen ok). - Es gab eine grobe Ricotta-Art, Naturjogurt und süßen Jogurt und dazu Büchsen-Obstsalat. Andere Gäste berichteten, dass die restliche Verpflegung auch nicht so doll sein soll.

Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding niet ok
Bij het inchecken stonden wij versteld van het aanrekenen van een obligatoire ‘service fee’ van 7euro pp per dag. Dit moest dus betaald worden nog bovenop de kamerprijs die reeds vooraf betaald werd. Toen wij vroegen waarvoor die fee dan stond luidde het ‘ het gebruik maken van de algemene faciliteiten en de service die we krijgen in het hotel. Ok natuurlijk gewoon betaald , maar dan verwacht je toch ook ‘service’ .. helaas .. ontbijt is een buffet, ok , papieren servetten en selfservice van koffie etc. Het voelde precies aan als een refter .. beachtowels: hiervoor moest er ook nog eens extra betaald worden. Op het strand zelf staan de strandstoelen op elkaar gepakt , en aan het zwembad hoor je 2 muziekstijlen tegen elkaar op van de animatieteams . Kortom weinig rust in dit resort . Conclusie : te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt , veel betere hotels tijdens onze trip gedaan aan dezelfde prijs .

Riesiges Hotel für Massentourismus
Riesiges Massenhotel mit Schlange an der Rezeption (wo die Dame aber sehr nett war). Karges Zimmer mit uralten engen Betten und urgrossväterlichen Springfedermatratzen, Ikea-Mobiliar. Safe hatte leere Batterie, daher unbrauchbar. Im WC tropfte dauernd das Wasser. Zimmer aber insgesamt sauber. Buffet-Essen in riesigen Säälen mit sicher um die 1000 Personen, habe so was noch nie gesehen! Schlangestehen an jedem Buffet-Tisch oder Nescafé-Automat. Hotel mit riesiger Gartenanlage, mehreren grossen Gebäuden, langen Wegen, wenige hundert Meter zum schönen Sandstrand, Poolanlagen, riesige Parkplätze. Ins hübsche Städtchen sind es ein paar Kilometer. Nichts für romantische Ferien zu zweit, eher für kostenbewusste Gruppenreisen in Cars.

Resort enorme
L infrastruttura e' molto bella. Perfetta per gli amanti dello sport, campetti di calcio e tennis da centro sportivo ed un enorme piscina..... La spiaggia adiacente e' bella con lettini ed ombrelloni a pagamento.(cosa che in un resort di quella grandezza dovrebbe essere inclusa nel prezzo dell albergo) le camere sono ampie non nuovissime, ma pulite.... La nota negativa e' il servizio purtroppo non all' altezza della struttura che effettivamente sarebbe di un quattro stelle... La gestione dell albergo andrebbe radicalmente rivista.....Avendo la possibilità di ospitare un enormità di clienti andrebbero riconsiderati tutti i parametri di gestione della colazione e dei pasti in generale La colazione e' un esperienza difficilmente descrivibile da tanto è il caos e la disorganizzazione dilagante.... La colazione viene servita dalle 7.30 alle 9.30 se hai la malaugurata idea di recarti alle 9.20 ormai i buffet sono sguarniti ed il personale non li approvvigiona ... I buffet sono dislocati in vari punti dell enorme sala, venendo a mancare brioche s al limite della decenza e alcune tortine tutti girano impazziti fra i tavoli per trovare qualcosa da mangiare.... L' offerta dei buffet sono veramente limitati, per chi ama le colazioni internazionali con buffet da hotel di lusso dimentichi di potersi soddisfare in questo albergo.... Il bar della spiaggia ha un offerta a pranzo molto limitata di pasta pre-cotta, pizza o focacce,.... Niente di fresco o leggero come insalate, frutta....

Selv om vi betalte 1/3 av "normal pris" var dette i overkant. Ikke noe luksushotell, men en typisk enorm syden-turistmaskin. I resepsjonen fikk vi feil og dårlig informasjon om utflukter og annet. Styr unna rom under utblåsning fr vaskeri. Silkebukse ble ødelagt i samme vaskeri! Jeg ble Chlor-forgiftet og syk en dag. Noen rom har vindu ut til gang. Middelmådig og dyr mat.
