"Die Rezeption ist schwr zu ginden, da diese von einem anderen Hotel mit bearbeitet wird. Dort wurde dann allerdings freundlich geholfen. Das 3 Personen Zimmer ist klein und hatte kein wlan. Die Klimaanlage istvin einer Nische verbaut und kühlt somit nur einen kleinen Teil des Zimmers. Unser Zimmer hatte keinen Seeblick und ab 6.15 wurde es auf der Straße sehr laut, so dass man nicht schlafen konnte.dss Frühstück wird in einem kleinen Café eingenommen und besteht nur aus kaffee und einem...

"As we had an early morning flight we chose to stay at the Sheraton airport for convenience. Our disappointment was with the two restaurants. After feasting in Milan for 5 days, the food at the hotel was very “American” and tasted more like Fast Food than Italian cuisine. Not a good ending to a wonderful time in Milan."

"Welcoming and helpful staff and hotel is a convenient location. One comment: there are usually several men around the entrance smoking. You might move the smoking area a little distance from the door so that guests don’t have to walk through them."

"The staff was friendly and very helpful, including the shuttle driver. The breakfast was ample and tasty. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was a pleasant and easy location to stay as we needed to transfer between the airport and the car rental there. It was also easy to get to Milan on the commuter train from the airport. I would definitely recommend First Hotel Malpensa and stay there again."
