"Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Istanbul was honestly one of those experiences where you let out a deep breath the moment you walk in. From the second we arrived, everything just felt effortless. The staff wouldn't let me lift a finger and took care of everything we needed. The view from the lobby is really nice and all the amenities in the room were great. The rooms themselves were also very clean! They offered beautiful soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and other things that we didn't even think we needed. This hotel was one step ahead of us. The service is what really stood out. Every single staff member was polished, kind, and genuinely attentive. At breakfast, they would check in to see if we wanted fresh juices, if we needed anything else from the buffet, and somehow remembered our coffee orders. It’s the little details like that that make a place feel special. What I loved most was how easy they made everything feel. Would love to return to the Ritz in Istanbul!"

"This is the finest hotel I have stayed in while visiting Istanbul. My previous favourite was the Swissôtel; however, this hotel surpasses it in several respects. It is exceptionally new, immaculately clean, and features a contemporary, high-end design throughout. The food is excellent, with an outstanding breakfast offering. The rooms are stylish, modern, and extremely comfortable. The gym is of superior quality, equipped with the latest Technogym equipment, and offers a full daily schedule of fitness classes — a level of provision I have not encountered in other Istanbul hotels. Additionally, there is a large, Disney-style children’s play zone next door, along with an adjacent shopping centre. Above all, the service is truly exceptional. I will certainly return."

"Clean room and close to metro!! Bus from airport- Taksim. Bonus is breakfast!! Security is safe. Surrounding neighborhood on busy tourist shopping area. Beware of peddlers. "

"This was a great place to stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room, breakfast, and massage we got at the spa were all very good. There was one employee named Yusuf that helped us out alot with room service and at the restaurant. He did a really great job. I would recommend staying here 100%"
