Go solo!

As a solo traveller its the safest place to stay. Comfortable, clean, aesthetically decorated and with the friendly staff around. Everything you need is just a dial-button away.
A window is a painting in itself.

Go solo!

I checked out and went to another hotel but had to come back again, I think that explains a lot about staying at this hotel.
Its not always raining in Istanbul but when it does make sure either you sit by a window or dance in rain.

Comfortable and Great Value

Booked this hotel, unaware that our 4 nights were during Eid al Adha so we were a little concerned about having to spend more time than we planned in a hotel. We should not have worried as, not only were the bedrooms comfortable and spacious, all hotel facilities were great too. We were able to take advantage of generous holiday discounts at the spa and enjoyed amazing treatments and massages. Food was delicious and it was wonderful to relax and eat by the pool. Staff could not have been more helpful and they ensured we enjoyed every minute of our stay, arranging our transfers and generally being very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Hotel ist super, obwohl es schon etwas älter ist. Personal ist sehr nett. Aber, es gibt auch Negatives...! Es gibt z.B. keine Parkplätze, man muss schauen, wie man sein Auto parkt. Die ständigen Hochzeiten dort sind nervig. Dann gibt es null Parkplätze und es ist sehr laut. Es wird lange gefeiert. Die Location des Hotels ist echt nicht gut, aber für einen kurzen Halt auf der Durchreise absolut ausreichend.

Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Titanic Kartal. Schon beim Check-in wurde ich von unfreundlichem Personal empfangen, kein Lächeln, keine Begrüßung, keine Hilfsbereitschaft. Der Service insgesamt wirkte lustlos und desinteressiert. Das Zimmer war eine Zumutung: Es war deutlich sichtbar nicht gründlich gereinigt worden. Im Badezimmer fand ich Haare vom vorherigen Gast, was absolut inakzeptabel ist. Die Bettwäsche hatte auffällige Flecken, was das Schlafgefühl alles andere als angenehm machte. Für ein Hotel, das sich selbst im Business-Segment ansiedelt, erwarte ich wesentlich mehr Sauberkeit, Professionalität und Kundenorientierung. Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Temiz Huzurlu - teknik eksiklikleri olan bir otel

konaklama genel anlamda çok iyiydi fakat konakladığımız 2+2 total dört günde hemen hemen her akşam odaya yemek söyledik ve sabahları da kahvaltı söyledik tabii tepsi ile geliyor ya da tekerlekli masayla geliyor sonra biz yemeği yiyoruz sonra kapının önüne bırakıyoruz haliyle kapının önünden alınmıyor, yani kat servisi sıfır, öğlen bir gibi bırakıp gidiyoruz akşam 11:12’de bir geliyoruz tepsiler işte masalar kapının önünde duruyor sabah kahvaltıda yedigimiz omlet kalıntılar kokmuş arıyoruz resepsiyona rica ediyoruz ya da oda servisini arıyoruz rica ediyoruz aldırıyoruz atıyorum iki tane tepsi varsa biri alınmış diğeri kalmış. Bu konuda çok zayıflar. Odada mini bar ışıklı bir camlı bir buzdolabı: normalde içinde gömülüyor olduğu dolap ahşap dolap kapağı olmalı ama yok kırılmış muhtemelen ve odayı devamlı ışık altında tutuyor geceleri önüne yastıkla kapatmak zorunda kaldık her gece aman ışıktan dolayı uykumuz kaçmasın diye. İlk gün klima çalışmıyordu ya ben çalıştığını zannediyordum ama oda sıcaklığı 25°’nin altına düşmüyordu, ikinci günü rica ettim gelip yaptılar. Temizlik konusunda çok iyiler ve çok yardımcılar ama olanaklar konusu biraz sorunluydu. Gürültü yoktu sakin bir otel. Havuz temiz fakat 3. gün havuza girdiğimizde havuza kıyafetle giyilen bir misafir oldu bence uyarılmalıdır ya da müsaade edilmemeliydi. Çalışanlar çok ilgili en azından yüz yüze geldiğiniz zaman. Yemekler çok lezzetli. İçecekler oldukça pahalı özellikle alkol kalite ve fiyat açısından/sevilen şarap..

Otelin odaları oldukça geniş ve ferah, konum olarak da gayet güzel bir noktada. Karşılama ve resepsiyon hizmeti oldukça başarılıydı, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Ancak bazı noktaların geliştirilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Oda temizliği konusunda biraz daha özenli olunmalı; özellikle buzdolabının içi yeterince temiz değildi. Ayrıca resepsiyon tarafından önerilen Murat Alçınkaya Kuaför ne yazık ki tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Otel misafiri olduğumuz için %25 indirim yapılacağı belirtilmişti ancak indirim uygulanmadığı gibi, alınan hizmet de oldukça vasattı. Elbette bu otelin doğrudan sorumluluğunda değil, fakat misafirlere böyle bir yerin tavsiye edilmemesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Benzer şikayetleri başka misafirlerden de duyduk, bu nedenle gelecekte başka konukların mağdur olmaması adına bu önerinin gözden geçirilmesi faydalı olabilir. Daha önce farklı Titanic otellerinde de konaklama deneyimim oldu. Genel olarak hizmet kalitesi başarılı olsa da bu tesiste mutfak lezzetlerinin geliştirilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Yine de genel anlamda keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik, ufak dokunuşlarla çok daha iyi bir deneyim sunulabileceğine inanıyorum.
