"The property was amazing! Great location to activities and subway. Great customer service and very nice rooms. The only downside is their heat and AC is on a calendar. So a warm stay like mine the AC wasn't on and the heat was horrible. Nothing could be done. But they accommodated with fans and extra water bottles. "
"Breakfast was okay. We had 1 room with breakfast and 1 room without for some reason, and the hotel won't let us combine 3 days for 1 room into 1 day for 2 rooms. They also didn't mention the VIP perk until asked, and only provide one glass for each room after delivering the VIP perk (a bottle of wine). Bottled water was listed as complementary but never replaced. Overall you get what you paid for but not much of the hospitality. "
"I had an excellent experience at Hotel Calimala Milano. The location is perfect for exploring the city, the rooms are spotless, and the atmosphere feels both modern and welcoming. The staff truly made the stay exceptional—they were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. I would absolutely stay here again."
"The location was good and a close walk to Milano Centrale train station. The lobby area of the hotel was good and newly refurbished but the rooms were much more run down. The room was very hot and it wasn’t even summer when I visited. The air con system is extremely outdated and didn’t do anything and windows only open a small amount so it was quite uncomfortable. The room was also very small, impossible to fit big luggage and two people.
The bed was comfortable. "
"My stay was wonderful . It’s not the most modern but it was clean and that’s all that matters . Staff very friendly and helpful. I have mention our house keepers Lucia and Nimfah, they did a wonderful job keeping our room clean. Breakfast was great with wide variety to choose from and included with our booking . What I love most about this hotel is the location . It’s located right in the central area in Milan walking distance to everything . The Milan cathedral located right around the corner from hotel not even five minutes walk. Various restaurants , night club , shopping mall and a lot of stores to shop. I would definitely stay here again ."
