Staff did not clean room properly, no replacement of lotion and empty bottles. Small rooms. The dark shades were not very dark. Greta view though. The staff here is arrogant and rude overall. The onsen is really nice upstairs. The buffet is terrible. They serve same food they did for dinner next ...
