Unfortunately I cannot give this property 5 stars as their elevators were abysmal. This has nothing to do with how busy the property was but because of a poorly designed, inefficient system. Waits for the elevators reached 20 minutes at some point, a building with 9 elevators available. Truly ...

Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Premier
This hotel is at the good location and nice area. Close to Art museum and Rose Garden. The room is clean, nice public onsen and staff is helpful. Shuttle Bus is a bonus and this hotel has great customer services.
