The breakfast is served in grand banqueting rooms and has a brilliant selection of both western and Japanese food - not disappointed at all. The only let down was the internet connection which was erratic and this may be due to the renovation works nearby?"

"Property was great! Lots of restaurants, shopping downstairs and even a 7/11. Location was close to a train station and they had a shuttle to take you to the train station with a huge mall next door. Please be advised though that you have to pay to use their pool, and kids are only welcome in one of them. I was not aware and ended up having to pay 100 dollars so my family could swim…"

"Imperial Hotel Osaka was nice but nothing stood out at this property. The breakfast buffet was nice l, but we had better ones during our trip. The rooms were nice, and the view of the river and cherry blossoms were a highlight of the stay. Service was good but again nothing stood out compared to the other hotels we stayed at."
