ALL of the staff was excellent. The entirety of the staff was helpful, at our service & helped with everything we needed. The staff earned 5/5 stars! The rating is 3/5 stars for the facilities ONLY. The room is very small, bathrooms small & outdated equipment. If staying here as a couple please look elsewhere, solo you may be fine if okay with very small unit. I’m 6’0 & my head nearly touched the roof in the shower.

Tiny but functional room, air con doesn’t really cool down, and had to ask reception for them to unlock the window so I could sleep.(“very dangerous, sir!!”) It can be quite noisy at night between ambulances and enthusiastically revving motorcycles. Still the location near Osaka station is unbeatable.

The hotel is quiet bit of a walk from the Osaka Station because a lot of ground crossings are not allowed and people had to go up and down and around. But the hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed how close this place was to the station of Osaka Umeda. There was always so many food spots open and so close to the shopping areas/close to connecting stations for day trips. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the extra amenities provided were helpful and better quality than other hotels we’ve been to in Japan.

Convenient location with few convenient stores on the road and right next to Hankyu Higashi Dori shopping street. Plenty of restaurant and shopping options around and just under 10mins walk to Umeda / JR Osaka station. Only downside is the room is a bit small.

Great experience

Staff were very helpful. Rooms were a good size. Breakfast was pretty standard, but the grilled steak was something nowhere else had. Lots of laundry as there were washers and dyers on a 3 or 4 floors. Location was good, Very lively neighbourhood. Lots of bars and restaurants as well as shopping. Short walk to Umeda and Osaka stations.

Not too close to the train station. But once you know the route, it was walkable distance. Convenient store was right in front of the hotel. I like the option of extending one hour stay with pay. Breakfast was pretty good

Room was clean, we accidentally booked a smoking room and were staying for 7 days, the staff were so gracious to help re book us to have a non smoking room without any additional charges. The area is busy but 10 minute walk to the main train station and we enjoyed lots of the shops around the area. Very close to multiple convenience stores.
