"Rooms really too small, we couldn’t open our two luggages at the same time ! Difficult to enjoy the time spent in the hotel… Getting a voucher each morning for the breakfast is also outdated and boring. The quality of the food is average and we had to clean our table each time… "

"Pros: The place is very nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Separate toilet, sink and shower is a definite plus. Cons: Check in process is terrible. They don't allow check ins until 3p. It is understandable, however, there is only 2 chairs in that tiny lobby for customers to wait. There were 3 other customers that were there already waiting when we arrIved. They said they've been waiting for 3 hrs to check in. They were nice enough to give their seats to us. I don't get why Minn Umeda will not put more seats for their customers awaiting to check in. "
