"We had a fabulous stay at the hotel. The room is spacious and also had a sliding door separating the beds from the sink and bathroom and shower. The hotel provided pajamas, slippers and robes as well as complementary mineral water. Check-in was super easy. "This place was great. Room was great! Lobby and free diy coffee and coffee machine was wonderful. You got a free small sake, wine or juice upon arrival from a cool little machine. "The room was pretty big, we were able to open the luggage easily. Not too many options for western style breakfast. Towels are changed daily, sheets after the 3rd night. Microwave and dispenser machines only available in the B1 and 1F. Nowadays the hotel is working on a new elevator, so until august you will see a lot of workers in the area. Definitely a bit further away from Dotombori and all of the other Osaka attractions but we wanted to stay a bit further out from the touristy area. It was a 10 minute walk from the station and we used that to go around Osaka for the day before heading back to Tokyo. Overall, good experience!"

"I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It’s in a great neighbourhood and within 15 minutes you have an abundance of shops, restaurants, markets, etc. it was easy access to the trains and was walkable. It was clean, the staff were lovely with little language barrier to English. They have massage chairs, free alcohol in the evening, as well as free ramen, and free icecream in the evening. Plus- unlimited pop, juice, and coffee anytime. It was great! I’ve already recommended this hotel."
