Location was incredibly convenient, as there's a connection to the underground subway walkway in the basement level, which is available from the first floor lobby elevator. There is a flight of stairs to get to the underground walkway, but still helped a lot to stay dry when it was raining. Staff was also super helpful and helped me get in when I forgot my pass in my room.

少しわかりくいが駅から直結で傘いらず。 建物自体、作り全体が古い。エレベーターが、その古さを物語る（全然来ない）。 部屋は綺麗に改装してあり、水回りも問題なし。 4人部屋利用、寝るだけなら十分だが、4人で少しゆっくりしようと思うと不自由する。 スタッフは若く初々しい感じはありつつも、とても印象は良かった。 たまたまだとは思うが、枕カバーが1セットだけ若干生乾き臭あり。清潔なタオルは置かれてたので問題なし。 枕が1セットのみ若干匂いが

立地も最高で、大阪駅、梅田駅から地上も地下からもアクセスが良いため何回か利用しています。またエントランスや廊下、お部屋もデザインがとてもオシャレで開放的。スタッフの方も、お出迎えしてくださった若い女性の方がとてもにこやかで親切でした！またチェックアウトの際も、別の方ですがお寛ぎいただけましたか？と全員に声を掛けており、こんな素敵なホテルを体験したのは久しぶりでした。出張でまた利用させてもらいます。ありがとうございました！

部屋の階にウォータークーラーがあって便利だった。紙コップもサイズが大きくて有り難い。 端末を繋げるとき、USBの差し込みがなかったのが残念だった。 シャンプー、トリートメントなどがバスタブの端に置いてあり、時々シャワーホースにあたって落ちそうになった。 シャワーの左右の角度が調整しにくかった。 小さなことだけど、こういう所の配慮が改善されると宿泊者としては気持ちがよい。
