Excellent location. Large room with 4 beds. Lovely decor. Very convenient with direct access to the underground malls with lots of dining and shopping options linked to all the metro lines and Osaka Station and JR lines. Has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers.

Access to the underground markets/shopping mall is right beside the hotel. Access to food places is everywhere around the hotel. My issues are bathroom/shower is a little bit small/tight and no microwave oven in the room, though there’s on the 2nd floor where the laundromat and vendors machine is located, it is also right beside the access door to the smoking area so it messes up with my allergies especially when someone opens the door.

Of all the decades I have been traveling to Japan, I never had such a bad experience at check-in. The hotel had an Indian guy who was extremely rude to us during check-in. His demeanor was extremely unprofessional. This guy's behavior basically ruined the entire experience at the hotel. During the check-in process, he was very terse and short. We have no idea why the hotel would hire a guy with such a bad manner when treating customers. The hotel should reveal the video footage of the time and date of our check-in and assess his performance. This is not acceptable anywhere, even in India. And I've been to India many times and I got very professional treatment in India. Based on that single experience, we would NEVER recommend the hotel to anyone.

Hotel Dan's Le Couer was good, we stayed for a week, rooms were cleaned each day and amenaties were restocked in the room too :D it was nice to have a big bath tub after the small one we had at APA.
