The staff were exceptional! We loved having breakfast there before heading out for the day. We used the convenient self-serve laundry services, it was easy to use! The room was clean and air conditioning was so nice on the hot days. I will definitely be recommending Hotel Noum to all my friends. We came here for our honeymoon together trip around Japan and the location was very convenient for 4 nights in Osaka.

初めて利用しました。一見ホテルらしい看板が無いので、二度前を通り過ぎてしまいました。カフェの中にホテルのフロントがある感じで、大規模チェーンのビジネスホテルなどとは明確に差別化された個性を感じます。 繁華な立地ではありませんが、京阪線、谷町線、東西線の駅に近く、大川右岸沿いの交通量の少ない道路に面して目の前が開けた落ち着いた雰囲気。ホテルのカフェ・レストランに加えて近くにオシャレで隠れ家的なお店もあります。 暗くなるとホテルの目の前の大川の川端で行われる30分ごとに行われる水と光の水上ショー「OSAKAリバーファンタジー」は見どころ。 バスタブとTVがありませんが、これを必要としない利用者にはベストチョイスと思います。

トイレとシャワーが共同の部屋に宿泊しました。フロアごとにトイレとシャワーがあるため、混み合う心配もなく、トイレやシャワーがないことで部屋もシンプルで広く感じることができ、快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフの方の対応もとても気持ちよかったです。朝食もおいしかったです。
