The pros:
The venue is very clean, quiet, and the staff are very friendly. They were kind enough to take my luggage before checking-in, as I arrived early. Upon returning, they had already placed my luggage in my room prior to me even checking in. The room was adequately stocked and spacious by Japan standards. Full standing shower room, separate from the toilet/sink. I did not have the chance to dine in at their restaurants, but they do have a smoke room, as well as coin-op laundry machines, should you need either.
The cons:
One of two cons: first is they only have TWO elevators servicing the entire building. During check out times, anywhere from 0900-1100, expect to que at the elevator because they will be packed. So plan accordingly. Secondly, there isn't a drive-way that leads directly to the entrance of the venue. Closest is to be dropped off at adjacent streets and walk a minute or two, just in case for those that look to taxi to and from the station.
Well worth the money and the hotel is within a 2-3 minute walk from the Tanimachi-line Higashi Umeda station, or a 5-7 minute walk to either JR Osaka or Hankyu Umeda.
