We loved this hotel. It’s new and very fresh and clean. Our room was spacious, with a sitting area that was great for reading, having a meal or even doing a little floor workout. The rooms were well cleaned every day. Pajamas were supplied too! The hotel also has a coin laundry, though it was very busy so we didn’t get a chance to use it. Coffee, tea and water were always out in the lobby. The staff was friendly and helped us get cabs. I think this is my favorite hotel in the world!

Clean and new building. Amenities station has everything you need. Lobby has free drinks daily. Staffs are helpful. Breakfasts are delivered to your door, they’re ok but pretty much the same thing with a different sauce each day so I wouldn’t recommend getting the breakfast if you stay for more than 3 days. The interior is pretty modern and neat. The best thing is that they provide new coffee/tea, towels, and clothes everyday even if you don’t want them to come in your room (they leave the supplies outside your door). The bathroom is bright and new. The toilet is in its own unit. Overall, very clean and modern setup. 5 -10 mins walk away from a subway station. Would recommend this hotel if you don’t mind walking a bit.

The room was comfortable and generous, welcome when travelling with two young children. The location was excellent and within easy walking distance of two train lines (Shinsaibashi and Nagahoribashi). We found great dinner options close by, and there were small bakeries and coffee shops dotted nearby. The only downside was the terrible pillows.
