Very clean, staff is very nice and the best part is the location, close by to many interesting restaurants. The hotel has a great map for local site seeing and places to eat near by. The spring baths is nice and private. The breakfast is amazing!

The onsen was a wonderful feature. However, we were quite disappointed that the hotel did not reserve seats for guests at the buffet breakfast, telling us there was no availability. In our experience, that has never been the case at other hotels, particularly given that we were just two guests.
