"Close to universal studios and right along city walk. Cute and clean rooms. We dined at the 32nd floor buffet which was great and had something for everyone."

"Modern and upscale in appearance. It was about a 15 minute walk from Osaka Station and most of the walk was underground, away from the heat and rain. The last few blocks were outside in an area of lots of restaurants. JFYI, the lobby is on the 17th floor and rooms are above that in a separate elevator, so it is two elevators to get from your room to the street."

"Comfort and size of the room was great, excellent choice for a place of stay whether you’re just arriving or about to leave the country as it’s right next to the airport. They also offer after checkout luggage storage for free which is great when your flight is a few hours after your checkout time. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Great location, walk distance to metro, variety food choices, free tax store in the same building, buffet breakfast is great, easy access to 2025 Osaka world exposure!"

"Great property for a family of 4 to stay in the same room. 2 on one side for my young adult sons and 1 on the other side for me and my husband. We had privacy screens to put down on each side of the room. The big bonus was 2 bathrooms!! This made getting ready much easier and quicker."
