"Family friendly facility with a Japanese charm that worked perfectly for our jet lagged needs.The living room with tatami along with a Japanese style bathtub was perfect for our family with a toddler. Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. Would definitely return when we visit Osaka!"

"This apartment-turned-hotel appears to have one room per floor, and each room is quite spacious for Tokyo standards. The room itself was decent, but I felt that the hotel didn’t effectively advertise this aspect. When you check into a hotel, especially at this price point, you typically expect amenities like a pool or gym or breakfast. Unfortunately, none of these were available."
