Good size family room. Ready meals can be purchased (can be warmed up in the microwave in the common area) which is convenient. The complimentary breakfast offers a wide selection of tasty cold and hot buffet.

Nice hotel near airport. Easy, pay shuttle. Very nice breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Only negative is minimal control of room temperature. Small radiator under window to heat entire room. Rather chilly over night.

The staff were professional and friendly; they took the time to help me with some tourist questions, that helped make my stay more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent with many different foods to satisfy anyone's desire.

The staff here were really great. They were welcoming and helped us with a couple of things when we arrived late and very tired. The hotel is not as convenient to the Airport as we had anticipated but that wasn't a big problem as we gave ourselves extra time to arrive for our flight. Unfortunately, there we people who chose to be outside the u-shaped courtyard near our room talking loudly and smoking late at night, so we had to close the window making the room stuffy and difficult to sleep. In the morning as we waited for our shuttle bus, again there were smokers along both sides of the building so we had to stand in the parking lot to get away from the smoke. The designated smoking spot needs to be located further away from the building.

Your staff is so welcoming and friendly (on the phone and in person). Anders helped me over the phone before my arrival, and it was fun to meet him when I arrived at the hotel. Also (and I apologize if I am not remembering his name correctly), Nick (from Greece) worked during the night and was so hospitable and friendly when I was purchasing some items at the front desk in the middle of the night. Tusen takk to both of them! They made my first day in Norway very pleasant.

exceptional hotel
Lovely, just what I needed after a long ride all day. All the staff were were extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommended. Be aware, the kettle base is hidden in a drawer above the fridge !
