She organised for our room to be cleaned so we could check in early which we really appreciated. The room was perfect for the three of us. Very stylish, clean and functional. "The location was perfect, walked right out to the center of town. The room was clean and comfortable. The first person we encountered at the front desk was polite, but not very welcoming. One last comment is do not get a car for Oslo, we had to park several blocks from the hotel and it cost $40 for 3 hours."
