"The room is spacious. The staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast is perfect. Location is okay even though it is not close to the downtown core. Just a few minutes walk from the metro station. Shopping center is close by. In general, it is a great stay. The only drawback is the design of the shower stall. Bathroom would be all wet after shower. Recommend others to try this hotel out when visiting Oslo."

"I'd give this hotel a 4 stars because of the breakfast buffet was excellent a lot of choices . But the room are no AC I wish there was a fan it's kinda warm in the room if the window is close, other than that i love the amenities pool,hot tub and saunas. I'd stay in this hotel again. Thank you."

"We stayed for 2 nights during a family weekend trip (4 adults / 2 children) in June. Room was clean and with a reasonable size, breakfast is great, hotel has good transport links to/from airport (you can ask the hotel for a discount code before travelling there so you can use for the coach) and city centre. Staff was very helpful when we needed, and the person who checked us in was lovely (she took us to our room late in the night, and gave a little game/candy for our kids). There is nothing to do (and apparently eat) nearby the hotel, so we did everything in the city centre before returning to the hotel. This was not an issue as we planned to do that anyway. The hotel has a restaurant at least for evening meals which we haven't used, and snacks/drinks at the reception. I thought the room slightly cold (for my wife was ok), not sure if the heating was working or not (apparently not, as it was showing 24oC when clearly it wasn't). As we only used the room for sleeping it was not an issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would stay again for a short stay trip. "

"Great hostel for what it’s worth. Breakfast was included by default, which included a series of breads, meats, and some vegetables and drinks. There is no AC so it can get a bit warm in the summer, and the community bathroom got dirty easily due to a leak in the sink. Otherwise, it was great. Linens and towels were included by default and check in even at 1am was good; the receptionist on the phone instructed me where to go. It’s about a 10 walk down the hill to a tram or bus station, the latter of which has direct lines to/from airport (nearly 1 hour)."

"Was sirprised it was sterile airbnb as opposed to hotel. Lux made me think luxury not under construction. Saw no employee as all done online. Daily housekeeping was emptying the bin. To the point i rationed toiletries through week as didnt bring own. Tv pointless unless you have norwegian account. Central air kicks in 2330-0100 even with all 4 ac controls off. At least it makes change from constant trains. Chosen for location, my fault for not reading reviews. Bed was firm and comfotable."
