Especially the lady (I do not remember her name) that was at the breakfast desk welcoming people, taking reservations and handing out ginger shots. She made our day!!! "I stay in this hotel every time I need to be in Stockholm. What I like is the service with the receptionist who is always willing to help. They handled a lot of problems that I have and it's amazing service. I also like a lot the breakfast. It's simple but very very good. Better than some hotels I stayed in London."

"Beautiful room and hotel and lovely views over the water. Designed excellently. Location couldn’t have been better and the bar and food in the hotel were also fantastic (except hot drinks were limited in selection for non coffee drinkers compared to local options). Only downside was the sauna being closed which we didn’t know at time of booking and was a big reason we stayed. But will return to try again another time! "
