An ideal hotel for my visit to Osnabrück. Located near the old town and within walking distance to everything I needed, it was an immaculately clean property, with large spacious rooms that I would definitely return to and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel may have had 5* in the past and could again possibly with a little refurb. The staff & service was great, as the location. I would have liked a kettle in the room and our pillows were very flat although the bed was very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, with views over Osnabruck as requested. The only down side was the lack of a fridge in the room to keep our drinks cool. We also had no air conditioning but were offered fans which were delivered to our room within minutes of requesting them.

I have been travelling to this hotel for over 20 years now noticed this very drastic change in terms of the customer service and the engagement of the staff generally with the guest. It was always one of my favourite hotels to travel to, but on this trip, I will say that I was quite disappointed with how indifferent and at times rude the staff were during my stay.

Good place

Good location close to the city, and friendly staff. We got an upgrade to the executive room. The room was huge (bathroom too), but the bed was too soft and bouncy, and there were no coffee making facilities. For the money they charge, i’d expect that at the very least.

Very good ratio price/quality. Garage in the hotel Only "issue": in the booking confirmation it is mentioned that as a gold member we were eligble to a room upgrade. The hotel wAs not aware. Anyway our room was very nice except there was no minibar and no coffee/tea set

Assortment with breakfast is great. The staff is very nice but they barely speak English. The hotel rooms are not as advertised on Expedia, they don’t have rooms with 2 double beds, are very outdated and there is no airconditioning at this hotel.We didn’t receive VIP benefits. There is no parking available for hotel guests, only the city garage (15euros per night).

Wi-Fi signal was very weak in my room. I asked the front desk multiple times to address the issues and they made promises but the problems remained for the 3 days I was there. My colleagues in other rooms had the same issues.

War mein 2. Mal in diesem Hotel. Habe hier nach Abendveranstaltung im Hotel übernachtet. Insofern, sehr praktisch. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten, einfach für meine Gäste das Hotel zu finden, und auch einen Parkplatz zu finden. Schöne Ambiente, meine Kollegin fand das Hotel sehr schön für unsere Veranstaltung. Personal war freundlich.

Das Hotel liegt wirklich zentral und die Zimmer sind modern und sauber – das hat mir gut gefallen. Leider war der Rest eher mittelmäßig. Der Check-in hat ewig gedauert, das Personal am Empfang war freundlich, aber leider wenig hilfreich: Keine Ahnung von der Stadt, keine vernünftigen Restauranttipps, und allgemein wirkte alles etwas unorganisiert. Im Zimmer gab es weder Minibar noch Kaffeemaschine, was ich in dieser Preisklasse eigentlich erwartet hätte. Auch eine Klimaanlage fehlte – bei wärmeren Temperaturen eher unangenehm. Die Fenster ließen sich nur kippen, was das Lüften zusätzlich erschwert hat. Fazit: Wer nur eine gute Lage und ein schickes Zimmer sucht, wird hier fündig. Wer Service und Komfort erwartet, wird eher enttäuscht.

Super zentral, am Stadkernrand, mit Parkhaus Direktverbindung zum Hotel. Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung und Klima. Das Flaschenwasser auf dem Zimmer passte nicht zur Klasse des Hauses:-) Ansonsten immer eine sehr gute Wahl.
