"The hotel matched the photos exactly. Everything was in order and met our expectations. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. There is a beautiful large yard, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The only issue we encountered was in the bathroom. The shower area had an unpleasant odor, likely due to a loose tile under the shower. Water had accumulated beneath it, and stepping on it occasionally caused dirty water to surface. Despite this minor inconvenience, our overall experience was very positive. Given the high standard of the rest of our stay, I still believe the hotel deserves a 5-star rating"

"This was our second time staying at Star ECHO. We like it there very much. It’s convenient and the hotel is great. One of the morning staff members that stood out was Mai Mai. She was so lovely, friendly and welcoming every morning. And she makes the best cappuccino I ever had. Mai Mai goes out of her way to please. She is a real gem for the hotel. "

"The hotel is located very close to the Duomo, it is modern, clean and well kept. The rooftop bar is amazing, although expensive (mandatory 23 euros for the first drink), but very pleasant. The room was big and very comfortable. The staff is helpful and effective. The only downsides are parking (not many options around), and no gym. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel for a luxury stay close to everything in the historical center of Milan."
