"Staff was not very helpful and add times confused"

"The hotel was beautiful, staff were friendly. Rooms were nice and clean, beds comfortable, showers could use some updating. A few takeaways - no refrigerator in the rooms. No umbrellas and minimal seating at the pool. No music or outside bar, there is one but not staffed. The chairs on our patio could have been better but did what we needed. The hotel is in a great area, walking to all the shops, restaurants and attractions are super close."

"The room was clean, but the cleaning staff left their broom and dust pan in the room. There was no bath soap, I called the front desk and they said they would have someone bring some up. That was on our first night, we never got bath soap. The location was nice. The beach and restaurants were all within walking distance."
