"Very pleasant property "

"Had a lovely short stay at Auberge Basque. We took a garden room which was very cute and well decorated. The only downside was it was next to the carpark and road which was noisy and you could only have natural air by opening the back doors - We didn't want to use the air con so at night the room was a bit hot. The 6 course tasting menu was fantastic with some very interesting flavour mixes!"

"We’ve stayed at a few pet friendly hotels over the years here as it’s our first stop over en route and this hotel is in a good location, overall clean and tidy . Breakfast is fine although I always think these continental breakfast’s are over priced ."

"Great staff, all spoke English and were extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet was not huge but included good bread, croissants, fruit, yogurt, local cheeses, ham and nuts, and espresso."
