Amazing and awesome services from the hotel staff. Beautiful family suite at upper level with very new appliances and quality toiletries.
Staff at reception were exceptionally helpful in guiding us to places of interests, ticketing and restaurants reservation.

After an amazing 4-hour journey on the Glacier Express from Chur for an overnight visit to the Matterhorn, we arrived at Zermatt and was immediately greeted by the friendly hotel taxi driver.
