Connor was a terrific manager. I told him the elevator floor was dirty and the next thing I know, he was mopping the floor himself. He was always happy and helpful.

It was a great location for what we had planned that weekend. I did not realize that there were college students staying there as well and our room was right next to a students room. They had loud music playing all day and into the night. After asking the students to turn down their music we l had to call the front desk to tell them to turn it down. I wish the scheduling of the room would have been a little better as to put us on a different floor or away from the permanent resident. There were plenty of rooms available for the night we were there. Also the blankets given were not the most comfortable.

Selected thos property because it had an indoor pool. Of course upon checkin i asked the hours of the pool and was told it is oit of service. This was one of the key reasons to stay for our 1 night stay otherwise we would not have needed a Suites.

Unfortunately the pump needed to be replaced so it did require it to be down for a bit. I hope that you will stay with us again on your next visit to the area.

This place is beautiful! The rooms are really neat and clean and I almost didn't wish to leave! Nothing better than a late night swim!

I want to apologize for the argument that our staff had to stop in the lobby on Friday as I'm sure this was upsetting. I am also sorry to hear that it was noisy during the night as our staff would have also put an end to this if they were aware of it. We have very strict policies on noise. We hope this does not deter you from staying with us in the future.

My stay was AWESOME. EVERYONE WAS VERY PLEASANT. Barn doors would be good for the bathrooms. This would make it more convenient to use the bathroom without bumping into the door or the sink.

The entire stay was very nice. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. At the last minute, I had to cancel my second night and they refunded me my money! The only negative was the indoor pool was quite chilly!

I’d stay again.
We were visiting SUNY Oswego for a tour and it was very close; 10 min away. There was a bowling alley across the street. That was a fun night out. A Walmart & a TJMAXX just down the road. The pillows and the mattress could be a bit better. Pillows were small & flat. Bed not too comfy. Morning breakfast was tasty. There were a few different types of egg sandwiches, a waffle maker & cereal.

The only issue was the youth baseball team stayed the weekend and even in the early mornings were running up and down the hallway. As well the lobby was full of dad’s sharing beers and drinking that was rather obnoxious.

Very disappointed that my nights sleep wasn’t good at all because I kept hearing noise from upstairs from boots dragging across tile floors and sound of heavy furniture being moved, sound of power tools(drills) as well as loud talking and laughing. This started out where we thought maybe we just had noisy neighbors upstairs but when it started at about 11pm and progressed throughout the night until about 4am. I was so frustrated that I did mention it when I checked out and they said they had no knowledge of renovations taking place.

Our staff did speak with the guest above you and they claimed they were asleep all night. We are truly sorry that you were unable to get a good night's sleep but are unable to determine what the cause of the noise may have been. We hope this does not deter you from staying with us in the future.

This place was a bit off the road but east to find and get to. It was quiet and breakfast had many items to choose from. The staff were friendly and fun to talk with.

The GM checked me in and simply delivers excellent service. She went over and above answering my questions about the area, checking dining options for me. My room was large and had a well-equipped kitchen, and there was plenty of desk space for my work. Bathroom and decor seem new or in great shape.

Horrible stay, definitely not worth the cost.
I am angry. The room did not have housekeeping on a daily basis. I had to ask to have the trash taken out after two days. Also the used towels were not replaced each day and I again had to ask after two days of my stay of 4 nights. The beds were not made up daily. The breakfast was the same each day. This was the worst hotel stay I have had and will not use this hotel in my future. Y wife, who is from Peru, agrees with me. Never again.

Less than normal
Not up to the normal Hilton standards. The bathroom was not cleaned well, hair in the shower and on the floor. TV had no input. By the time these things were discovered it was too late in the evening to report and have to move. It is also more run down than most Hiltons.

Arrived a few hrs late but no problem checking in. Kay is a fantastic service representative behind the desk. She was so accommodating and helpful. I will always stay at this hotel any time I'm in Oswego.

Family here for a softball tournament which was a convenient 6 minute drive from the hotel. Loved that there were gas grills and front desk had grilling utensils to sign out. Dirt track speedway is next door but sound was not a nuisance. Parking spots are very narrow for larger vehicles.
