Hotels with Swimming Pools in Ottawa

"Property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff were very nice. We were, however, charged for water and gatorade we did not buy (had a large, full cooler with us for a one night stay). Called Heather at the front desk about it from back at home - said she would look into it and return my call, but she ghosted me. Kinda hard to believe they need my eight bucks more than I do, but there you go. (I’m sure it was an honest mistake, so it doesn’t affect my overall rating.) I’ll stay there again...

"My husband was not pleased to learn after we checked in that TV was not working. No mention of that fact before check in. Granted, there had been a power outage the previous day that affected cable tv, but it would have been nice to be informed of outage. "
