"Easy check-in, comfortable bed. Amazing ocean view. I mean, it’s an old place on the beach. Lower your expectations and enjoy! All plumbing works. Linens and bed was clean and comfortable. They brought my food from the restaurant! The coffeemaker needs smaller cups as everyone overfills and grounds are everywhere. "

"Booked a “2 queen beds room with forest view” Pleasant Suprise to walk into 2 queen bed condo with full kitchen and beautiful ocean in sight. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we could need. ( except groceries ) The bellmen were very quick and friendly to help transport our luggage. Front desk also friendly. Location was great as it’s a short walk to the Devils Punch Bowl. We got to see a baby seal on the beach! Perfect stay and great memories made !! "

"Wonderful Stay at the Lincoln Sands! Our room was not ready when we checked in at 4:30pm. Instead of having to wait 10-15 minutes to check in, the staff moved us to a nicer room that was already cleaned. We were able to enjoy salmon chowder and cookies at 5pm and ate a delicious breakfast in the morning before a lovely walk on the beach directly from the property. Highly recommend!! "
